On a scale of 1-10, I would put it around 6.5 out of 10. I got a mini-stitch from the 1.5k mark. It only dropped in intensity during the last kilometer.
Did the treadmill speed match the Garmin Forerunner 35 speed (indoor running mode)?
Nope. The watch was about 5-15 seconds out for most of the run.
What gradient was the treadmill set at?
1%. This is the most accurate simulation of outdoor running.

My left calf felt a little bit tight after about 7 minutes. Fortunately it eased up after once I hit the 3k mark.
