How did you feel about this run?

My goal was to run around 3:55 min/km, so I was actually pretty happy with the 3:57 pace. It’s one of the fastest training runs I’ve done in a while, and I’m generally pretty stoked when I run a sub 20 5k.

Anything else to report?

I pushed a bit harder during the 3rd km, cause this is where I usually lose the most time during this particular route (there is a decent sized hill which always hits my pace and my fitness a little bit).

This resulted in a faster 3rd kilometer, but I suffered a bit more than usual during the 4th k.
